A neuroscientist who found out attention was the whole game.
PhD in AI and neuroscience. Years building startups, Silicon Valley included. 400M+ organic views for named clients in two years. Here is how those three things connect.
Louis Korczowski, PhD
I spent ten years studying how brains pay attention. Brain-computer interfaces, EEG, a PhD in machine learning and neuroscience. Then I built startups, raised money, shipped products I was proud of, and watched some of them die quietly. They were good products. Nobody heard about them in time.
The most valuable thing I learned in all those years is about attention. In 2024 I started applying what I knew to founders' and brands' content. In two years the accounts I ran generated more than 400 million organic views, from a pizzeria to a gaming hardware brand to a consumer app.
The method is the same every time: mine the ideas, build formats like dice, shoot in batches, let the data decide, and hand the machine over.
I live in Grenoble, France, with my family. One week a month I'm in San Francisco, where all production days are batched. I'm direct and I'm precise. If the fit is wrong, I'll tell you on the call.

Le Comptoir de l’Éclairage
A self-improving content factory. Built with science, run on data.
A loop, run monthly. Each turn makes the next one better, and by month three your team turns it.
Fifteen videos. Most will be quiet. That is the design.
A format is a die with a few faces and one big number. One production day rolls fifteen of them. The job is to find the dice with the biggest top face, and roll them again.
Attention compounds like equity.
Entering late costs more every quarter. We are living through the biggest attention transfer since the beginning of social media: the AI wave. The founders who own their story today will be uncatchable in eighteen months.
